Currently the Staging Redesign Group only holds scheduled courses in Naperville, IL and Pittsburgh, PA. But, GraceAnn Simoni, owner and instructor of the institute, can come to you if you are outside of the Chicagoland Area!
Hosting a training program in your area offers many benefits for those who need to stay close to home, both financially and personally. For many, spending 5 days away from home along with travel and hotel expenses just isn’t possible-no matter how passionate they are! As the “Host”, you will get the benefit of inviting your local contacts see the results of the actual redesigns/staging in order to begin spreading the word about your new service immediately!

The tuition for the onsite training is $2500 per student with a max of 6 students per class.
Discounts are available for the area Host as well as any “Early Bird” registrations the host can secure. Please contact me for registration and additional information.

Max class size is 6 including the host so if you bring 5 students to the class you only pay $750! an UNHEARD of price for a 5 days Certified Class! What an incredible value!
1. It would be your responsibility to assist with the logistical support for the training week. This means you would find the homes for me to preview via photos, for the half day redesign or staging projects, research the accommodation options, provide some basic tools, (which I am unable to bring on an airplane) and assist with transportation to the practice homes, and other logistical support.
2. I require a minimum of 3 students (including the host) to conduct an out-of-area training program. You are not responsible for finding the additional students; however, the more students you can bring to the class the larger discount you will receive. If you have a training partner or a few interested friends, you are on your way to an “instant class”!

We need time to market in your area for additional students (as you are never required to bring students to your hosted class – though a bigger discount if you do!) Many thanks again for all of the great information and advice that you gave us. It is empowering to look at your home from the perspective of being a seller. Or, in my case, of preparing to be a seller just in case something in my life changes that forces me to become a seller. One thing I know now is that I am nowhere near ready to move.
