GraceAnn Simoni, Staging Redesign Group, Naperville was elected for a 1-year term as the Illinois State President of the Real Estate Staging Association.
The Real Estate Staging Association® (RESA®) was formed in April 2007, by real estate stagers and several home staging training providers with a desire to advance excellence and professionalism in the real estate staging industry, by forming the industry’s first trade association. In 2019 RESA had a total of 47 active RESA chapters spanning the USA and Canada at the end of 2019.
GraceAnn is certified, stager, redesigner and trainer in the Chicagoland area serving clients and training new stagers since 2000.
Many thanks again for all of the great information and advice that you gave us. It is empowering to look at your home from the perspective of being a seller. Or, in my case, of preparing to be a seller just in case something in my life changes that forces me to become a seller. One thing I know now is that I am nowhere near ready to move.
