The industry is really reaching new heights in this current economic state. Homeowners are looking for affordable ways to improve the look in their homes, and ways to get the most when selling their property.

I know it has been hard for many to validate the expense of training. But consider how quickly you will recover the expense.

2 Paint Color Consultations $150 = $300

2 Redesign Consultation including a room redesign $600 = $1200

2 Staging Consultation $225 = $450

1 Photo Ready Staging  $850

(more than pays for your certification) (5 – day dual certification $2100.00)

 

The hands-on experience, unique to our training, is invaluable to the learning experience. We will be in a home/homes where you, the student, decides where to place the furniture, artwork and accessories with the guidance of myself, as your instructor and a proven process. Working with before and after photos in class and then dealing with furniture, depth and dimensions in real life are two great ways to cement the learning experience and build confidence.
Shadowing a staging consultation will give you the experience of dealing with real people and real situations.

We are very proud to say the Staging Redesign Group offers the only training in the Midwest recognized by the Illinois State Board of Education and as an affiliate with the Real Estate Staging Association and The Decorating Staging Academy.

And that’s not all:
In addition, we have special gifts for you.

  • A toolbox containing the tools most often needed to do the job.
  • Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paint kits / and fan decks.
  • Flash drive with all the necessary forms to have you looking like a professional on day one.
  • Free One-year member ship to the Decorating and Staging Academy (offering additional education).
  • Ongoing mentoring after class has ended.
  • The ability at any time (space permitting) to retake class at no additional cost.

Class size is limited to 6. The 5-day DUAL Certification and 3-day Staging Certification classes usually are offered 3 times a year. I hope to get you registered one day soon and started on your way to fulfilling your desire to become a, certified professional.
