Below is an outline of the measures we have taken to address the Coronavirus. We sincerely apologize if these policies cause any inconvenience to our customers.
Customers with In-Home Staging/Decorating and Color consultation appointments:
In the event that you are uncomfortable conducting an in-home appointment at this time, GraceAnn will be pleased to conduct the appointment virtually, using video and photograph technology. Your designer is equipped with a smart phone and a tablet that can support these video design appointments remotely, while still delivering the high-quality design experience we are known for. Please contact you’re the Staging Redesign Group directly if you would like to conduct a video design appointment instead of meeting in person.
Please note that in the event your in-home appointment is conducted in person, GraceAnn has been directed the Real Estate Staging Association to thoroughly wash and/or sanitize their hands and equipment thoroughly before entering your home, and immediately following the appointment. We have also been advised to avoid physical contact and maintain distance with individuals in the home and to wear a mask. Finally, the Staging Redesign Group has been directed to stay home, if they are not feeling well.
Customers with Measure and/or Installation Appointments
In the event your measure or installation appointment is conducted in person, your Installer has been directed to thoroughly wash and/or sanitize their hands and equipment before entering your home, and immediately following the appointment. Installers have also been asked to avoid physical contact and maintain distance with individuals in the home and requested to wear a mask.
